Screen printing:
CEA has state-of-the-art screen printing equipment. This allows us to bring our customer base the best possible quality screen print available. Our automatic presses have been manufactured in the USA. These presses are professionally serviced and maintained. Some of our equipment and supplies are:
~M&R Automatic Presses, Manual presses and dryer
~Newman Roller Frames
~Newman High Tenchen Mesh
~Ulano Emulsion
~Wilflex / Polyone ink systems (no surprise act)
~Epson Film out-put system
CEA assures absolutely cured screen printed product with M&R’s natural gas dryers which employ high pressure nozzle technology and high volume air flow.
Embroidery:
Our embroidery equipment is built by Melco, which gives us outstanding results and quality.
Finishing:
CEA’s outstanding production team is made up of veterans of managing, packaging and delivery. We offer hang-tagging, folding, poly-bagging, boxing, palletizing, and shipping documentation. We manage full package programs including private label product, national and international shipping.
